Please be aware that China Immigration is strictly enforcing their regulations of the foreign corporate jets, charter flights and non-schedule flights. To avoid any problems, we would like to remind you of the immigration requirements as below:

Crew & passenger visas:
Please ensure that all crew members must secure valid crew visa (category C)prior to arrival in China. Passengers also must secure valid China visa (any type of visa except category C). Both operator and handler will be fined if any crew or passengers are found without visa (or hold invalid visa) on arrival. The one who has no valid visa will be detained or even probably be deported. Please feel free to contact us if you have problem during applying the crew visa at the embassy/consulate.

API declaration and general declaration:
The China API (Advanced Passenger Information) regulation shall be implemented as of May 1, 2008. All the inbound flights must pre-declare immigration. Operators must submit the 100% accurate crew and passengers’ manifest to the immigration at least 2hrs prior to the ETA, or 40mins prior to ETA if the inbound flight time is within 2hrs.
China immigration prefers that these documents should be submitted in advance of the proposed flights and kept on file. Please take a moment to review the following China immigration requirements

Crew and passenger detail information must be exactly the same with the information on API declaration and general declaration.
The following items are applied to the general declaration.
Crew and passenger details are defined as:
o      Full correct name (as shown in the passport)
o      Nationality
o      Gender
o      Date of birth
o      Passport number (the one with the China visa)
o      Passport expiration date
o      Party identifier (crew or passenger)

Any incorrect information or delayed declaration will result in a fine.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a copy of the above API declaration format.

On arrival:
On arrival of China at the first stop, do NOT open the cabin door until you get a gesture from our ground staff as it should be observed by immigration officers strictly.  5 copies of General Declaration must be submitted to CIQ officers before passenger disembark.
