FLIGHTS PROHIBITED TO OPERATE IN ZBAA IN SEP

According CAAC recent regulation,all flights are prohibited to operate in ZBAA/PEK (Beijing Capital International Airport) on 03rd SEP (at 0130Z to 0430Z), business flight and private flight especially can not operate in ZBAA in the time of 1600Z-1559Z, during AUG 31-04SEP2015.
