Current parking restriction for ZSSS & ZSPD

According to the current notice of ZSSS & ZSPD, during the peak hours（2300Z-1400Z）, aircraft cannot take 2 MVTs(Slots) at ZSSS and ZSPD.
1. All business/private jets cannot depart during 0700LT-0900LT(2300UTC-0100UTC) daily at ZSSS and ZSPD. Normally CAAC will not approve the landing permit request
2. Only the corporate jets fly from/to west, north or south direction can use this airport, jets to/ from east directionmust use ZSPD.
