latest Restriction at ZWWW during 1800-2300 UTC

Please kindly be noted that due to the undertaking runway repairing at ZWWW/URC (Urumqi Diwopu International Airport), any flight operation ( except the emergency landing) will not be available  during 1800-2300 UTC (0200-0700LT) until 29 NOV 2015.
